I will say that the best in absolute is Wordpress.You can easy manage the articles/news.

Whilst it's true that article marketing works, mass article submissions are not that effective. I was using Unique Article Wizard for 3 months and got very average results. I got better results when optimizing my singles dating websites using 5-6 quality directories by doing manuel submissions. And yes I agree, Word Press is the way to go.
